Careers
Build the agents that work alongside people.
Hitogai is a small founding team. We’re building AI that fits into real businesses, and we want people who care about the work as much as the technology.
Small team, real customers, short loops.
How we work
Start from the work
We learn how a business actually runs before we build anything for it.
Ship and learn
We put working software in front of customers early and improve it from what we see.
Own it end to end
Everyone talks to customers and sees the work they ship being used.
No open roles right now.
