Cusplight

Denied dental claims, resolved.
Dental offices upload their explanations of benefits, and Cusplight finds every denied line by CDT code. It decodes each denial reason into exactly what the insurer wants (X-rays, perio charting, a narrative or a corrected claim), drafts the appeal with the records attached, and once the dentist approves it, tracks the claim until it pays. It earns 20% of what insurers pay, and nothing for claims that stay denied. It’s HIPAA-ready, and the pilot is with independent dental offices in Minnesota.

Teams write a playbook the way they’d onboard a new hire, and agents run it against the systems they already use (email, CRM, documents, spreadsheets and accounting) for intake and triage, reconciliation and recurring reports. Each agent holds only the permissions its task needs. Anything that sends, pays or changes a record waits at an approval gate with its reasoning attached, and every action is written to an audit log.

The platform behind the company.
The platform the company runs on: ticketing, knowledge, financial records and reporting, across a Next.js web app and a native SwiftUI iOS app that share one Postgres backend. Postgres enforces each user’s access for both. SQL triggers keep activity histories and notifications, alongside session revocation, required multi-factor authentication and audit trails.
