Questions about AI agents at work.
What operations teams should know before scoping their first workflow with Hitogai.
What does Hitogai do?
Hitogai connects your data and builds AI agents around the procedures your team follows. Agents take on recurring work such as request triage, record reconciliation and report preparation, with people reviewing the decisions that matter.
How Hitogai works →Which workflows are a good place to start?
A narrow, recurring task with clear inputs, a written procedure and a person who owns the output is a useful starting point. Intake, comparison of records and recurring report drafts are examples. Start with a scope that lets your team review results and exceptions.
Explore operations workflow plans →Is this the same as a chatbot?
The focus is a procedure inside your business: reading the agreed records, following steps, preparing work and handing decisions to the right person. Answering questions from company documents is one use case, but the scope can also include recurring operational tasks.
Can an agent send messages, pay or change records without review?
During scoping, we agree on what the agent can read and do, and which actions require approval. Actions that send, pay, delete or change records can wait for a person. Define these boundaries explicitly before connecting a system.
Permissions and human approvals →Which systems can we connect?
We scope connections around the tools your team uses, such as inboxes, documents, databases and business software. Specific connections and required permissions are reviewed with you during early access. The examples on this site are not a promise of a ready-made connector for every service.
What happens when records disagree or information is missing?
The playbook should define when the agent stops and asks a person. A missing invoice match, conflicting request or incomplete report is an exception to review. The workflow should preserve the source records and mark the gap rather than invent an answer.
How can our team review what an agent did?
Agent actions are logged with what happened, when and on what information. Your team can review the record, check the result and adjust the procedure. Define the reviewer and the exception handling process as part of the initial scope.
How is our business data used?
Your data is used to do your work. Hitogai does not sell it or use it to train models for other customers. Each agent receives the access its task needs, and your team can revoke that access.
Read our security approach →Can we complete a security review before connecting data?
Yes. We agree on systems, data access and permitted actions before a connection is made. If your organisation has a security questionnaire or data processing agreement, we work through it with you. Contact admin@hitogai.com with your review requirements.
How do we get access, and what does it cost?
Hitogai is in early access with a small group of teams. Request an invitation and describe the recurring work you want help with. Public pricing is not listed on this site; ask about scope and commercial terms during the early-access conversation.
Request early access →What information should we include in an early-access request?
Describe your team, the task, how often it happens, the systems involved and where a person should approve or handle an exception. Do not include credentials, customer records or sensitive documents in the request.
